Apply for new techniques for your characters here! You must have a new technique applied for here and then approved before a character can train it and use it in RP.

Minor Race Application Form

Apply for races that aren't totally Human, Saiyan, and/or Namek, here. If you want a mixed blood competitive character that doesn't fall into the Human/Saiyan Halfbreed race, you must specifically apply for it before the character is submitted, or describe it in the character application.
