Physical power is considered the "generic" power level of the four possibilities, though it has potential to be just as capable as the others. Physical power is a totally customizable power type which must be based upon muscular or artificial (robotic) power. You may not have a Physical PL and a Ki PL at the same time.

All statistics, abilities, disabilities and otherwise are completely defined. There is no default physical power. It must be defined either in a character's app, or the character's race. The definition of the power must be balanced with the other three types or it will not be approved. For simplicity's sake, we ask that you use another, existing power level, and then modify them as you see fit.
