Nullifier may be applied toward any technique based upon a single damage-causing ki projectile or stream, or any charged melee attack. This tech causes the technique to do effectively do double damage to any pure energy form. Half of this damage is considered to be drained away. This upgrade is repeatable one more time, to make the technique do triple damage (2/3 of it would be considered drained).

This upgrade costs 60 (45/75) tech days per iteration.
