Disarm makes a
focused attempt to remove an opponent's weapon from grasp. It
works better if the user is also using a weapon. This is beyond a
normal, stylized disarming attack in that it forces the opponent
to deal with unprecedented speed and power.

User focuses on removing
an opponent's weapon from immediate accessibility. User must be
within melee range upon execution, unless using a ranged weapon (not
to be confused with a ranged attack, such as ki or psi).
Without weapon: 1.5x
as much strength and speed.
With weapon: 2x
as much strength and speed.
Note: Ranged
weapons do not receive strength bonuses from this tech.
This tech may only be used
twice per day.
