- Added
Enlightenment to Phys (CTN 0051)
- Modified Melee
Proficiency (Phys). Level 4 has been removed, all stat
bonuses have been upped by 0.05x. Characters with MP Level 4
should contact staff to have their level 4 tech days
refunded in full.
- Modified General
Weapon Training (Phys), such that it is now two separate
techniques -- one for melee weapons (CTN #0017a) and one for
ranged weapons (CTN #0017b).
- Modified Weapon
Proficiency (Phys), General Weapon Training (Phys), and
Melee Proficiency (Phys) to define the "virtual" speed that
these techs boon their users with. Also, excluded these
techs from being used with "special move" techniques to
combine power/speed bonuses. Players with characters who
have techs that have been eclipsed (they are no longer
useful) by this rule may arrange with staff to have those
techs refunded and/or reassessed to a better form (for
additional tech days, if necessary).
- Modified Weapon
Proficiency (Phys) and General Weapon Training (Phys) such
that they are only effective for disarmable weapons.
- Fixed typo on
Enhanced Eyesight. Its CTN is 3, not 1.
- Removed all CT
listings that are not actual Common Techniques.
2 Dec 2005
- Changed the
Physical section into the Generic section. See details in
the index for that section.
- Removed Enhanced
Physical Durability (CTN 0005) from the generic section, as
it's not very generic, and fixed stat enhancements aren't
appropriate for customizable power types.
- Moved the
following generic techs to Ki, as their numbers are really
specific to that power type: Enhanced Durability (CTN 0002),
Enhanced Speed (CTN 0006), Enhanced Strength (CTN 0007).
Players with non-ki characters who own any of these techs
should be aware that while they will be allowed to keep them
for now, alternate versions for other power types will be
created, and they will be required to shift over to the new
techs, with full tech day redemption.
